Simply Beef and Lamb
Working with the Beef and Lamb marketing team at AHDB, I created a series of recipe cards as part of a seasonal Christmas campaign, intended to be an alternative to the traditional turkey. These were available at POS in UK supermarkets, in the run up to the Christmas period.
