External Relations rebrand
In early 2023, the UOB went through a rebranding exercise, with the aim of differentiating itself from the other universities by using a distinguished, clear consistent voice and look. The rollout of the new brand, meant that existing sub-brands, also needed to be reworked, in order to sit alongside this new identity and also work with the ‘lines of intent’.
Freelancing for UOB's Creative Media team in 2023, I was tasked with developing the External Relations brand themes of, ‘Your Wellbeing’, ‘Your Community’ and ‘Your Development’ to compliment the new identity. I achieved this, by using an illustrative style with continuous line drawings, overlaying watercolour washes. The themes of the imagery, represents diverse groups of people, which works alongside the photographic style used in the main brand identity.
